1. Our Privacy Commitment

Amity Innovation Limited ("Amity", "we", "our") is committed to transparent, minimal data practices. As an advisory firm, we do not monetize user data, sell marketing lists, or deploy invasive cross-site advertising trackers.

2. Information Collected via Website Forms

When you submit an inquiry or message through our contact page, we collect only the information you deliberately provide: your name, corporate email address, company name, location, selected topic, and message narrative.

This information is transmitted securely to our partners (Christian Sykes and Alina Bochkacheva) solely to evaluate your business inquiry and respond directly. We do not place your address on automated promotional marketing drips without your explicit request.

3. Privacy-Gated Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with strict IP anonymization to monitor aggregate, non-personally identifiable site metrics (such as page visits and conversion button interactions).

Consent Gate: By default, all analytical tracking is held in a denied state. Cookies are only initialized if you explicitly choose to accept them via the floating privacy consent card. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings trigger in our footer.

4. Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect our submission endpoints from spam without requiring intrusive visual puzzles, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile evaluates browser telemetry on the edge without tracking your personal browsing habits across unrelated websites.
